Meet the doctor

Dr-Deck is Yair Biran, a master contractor with over 20 years of deck-building experience worldwide, and one of the premiere deck contractor in Los Angeles. Yair established Dr-Deck in 2000 in his native Israel, where he built over 1,000 decks, from residential properties to large-scale commercial works. Yair relocated to Los Angeles in 2017 and Dr-Deck has quickly grown to become one of the in-demand full-service deck contractors serving residences and businesses in Los Angeles, Malibu, Long Beach, Pasadena, and the greater LA area.

For over 20 years my team and I have been constructing and creating over 1000 designs in three different continents. We install fabricate refinishing and design - decks, pergolas, patios, aluma wood patios, fences, sidings cable railings, and wood railings. We offer you a wide variety of materials from hardwood (ipe, teak, garapa, balau, cumaru) softwood (redwood, pine, cedar), and composite materials (trex, azek, fiberon, duralife, mosso bamboo, Cali bamboo, resysta). Whether you are looking for an ashtray or a bridge we will work with you to create your ideal outdoor space. We handle all aspects of the project (electricians, landscaping, permits, engineers, designers, and architects ) to deliver a fast and reliable experience to the client. History

Established in 1999. For the past 20 years I have worked on over 1000 projects designing and constructing decks, pergolas, patios, aluma wood patios, fences, sidings, cable railings, and wood railings. Before I was a builder, I designed furniture and was a nursery owner. My years of experience working with raw materials and plants give me a unique perspective when it comes creating your one of kind outdoor space.
